Product definition
User roles, a prioritized feature list, and acceptance criteria for a focused first release.
Services / Mobile App Development
We help you turn a focused product idea into a usable mobile experience. Clear flows, intentional features, and a first release that solves a real problem before it attempts twelve more.
Let’s talk possibilities
Up to 6 core screens · one platform · one core integration
The thinking behind the work
The expensive part of an app is often the feature nobody needed. We define the smallest useful product, prototype the important journeys, and build around the decisions users repeat. Scope comes first; a drawer full of buttons comes much later, if ever.
Every engagement starts with a written scope. We agree the deliverables, feedback process, and dependencies before the work begins, so the interesting surprises stay in the creative.
What’s included
The starting package covers the essentials below. If the brief needs more, we price it before adding it.
User roles, a prioritized feature list, and acceptance criteria for a focused first release.
Up to six core screens, key states, and a clickable prototype of the primary journey.
One agreed mobile platform and one core integration, with code organized for future work.
Functional checks, store submission support, and a 30-day defect correction window.
Why it matters
The product does one useful thing well before expanding into a feature collection.
Important flows and edge cases are discussed before development starts.
You receive agreed source files and release documentation under your ownership terms.
How we get there
Four clear stages. Regular conversations. No disappearing act between the brief and the big reveal.
We define the user, the core action, and the boundaries of the first version.
The most important journeys are reviewed in a clickable prototype.
Working builds are demonstrated against the agreed acceptance criteria.
We verify the core flows and support submission; store approval remains with the platform.
The useful details
Compare the full payment options and scope assumptions on our pricing page.
See pricing detailsThe starting scope covers one platform. A second platform, custom backend, complex payments, real-time features, and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately. App-store accounts and platform fees belong to your business.
With upfront payment, transferable rights in approved original deliverables pass after full payment. Under Monthly Rental, you receive a usage license during the 12-month term and transferable rights after all scheduled payments. Third-party assets retain their own licenses. Domains and platform accounts should be registered to your business.
Most project packages include two consolidated refinement rounds; ongoing content includes one review round per monthly batch. The proposal states the exact allowance. If the brief changes or a new direction is needed, we agree the additional scope before doing the work.
Small conversation. Big possibilities.
Bring the challenge. We’ll bring a point of view, a clear plan, and an unreasonable amount of attention to detail.
