Talk about my project

Starting prices in USD for the defined scopes. Marketing, SEO, PPC, and hosting cover 12 months; creative and development services cover one project. Ad spend, taxes, platforms, domains, and third-party licenses are separate.

Example: a $2,880 website is $300 × 12 = $3,600 on Monthly Rental. The same scope paid upfront saves $720. See scope and ownership details

What “rental” means here

A fixed 12-month payment plan for the agreed scope. You can use approved deliverables during the term. Transferable rights in original creative work pass after the final payment. It is not an unlimited design subscription.

What ownership covers

Approved original deliverables and agreed source files. Third-party fonts, stock media, software, and platform access remain subject to their own licenses. Your domains and business accounts stay in your name.

What sits outside the fee

Ad spend, taxes, domain registration, platform subscriptions, transaction charges, premium licenses, and additional scope. We identify relevant costs before approval, not after everyone has celebrated launch.

A few fair questions

Read the
useful print.

01

What is the difference between Monthly Rental and One-Time Payment?

Monthly Rental spreads the same defined scope across 12 monthly payments at a total cost 25% above the upfront price. One-Time Payment pays that base price upfront. Ongoing marketing, SEO, PPC, and hosting prices cover a defined 12-month service term. They are not unlimited subscriptions.

02

Who owns the finished work?

With upfront payment, transferable rights in approved original deliverables pass after full payment. Under Monthly Rental, you receive a usage license during the 12-month term and transferable rights after all scheduled payments. Third-party assets retain their own licenses. Domains and platform accounts should be registered to your business.

03

How many revisions are included?

Most project packages include two consolidated refinement rounds; ongoing content includes one review round per monthly batch. The proposal states the exact allowance. If the brief changes or a new direction is needed, we agree the additional scope before doing the work.

04

Can a project be canceled?

The signed proposal sets the closeout terms. Completed work and committed third-party costs remain payable, and any unused refundable amount is reconciled against that work. Monthly Rental is a 12-month commitment, so an early exit needs a written closeout agreement; it is not a month-to-month cancellation.

05

Will ongoing work renew automatically?

No automatic renewal is implied by these prices. We confirm renewal scope and rates in writing before a service term ends. Hosting renewal and domain renewal are separate items.

06

Are there extra fees for a larger brief?

Only when you approve additional scope. We explain the change in deliverables, timing, and price before starting it. A starting price is a useful baseline; the signed proposal is the actual agreement.

Small conversation. Big possibilities.

A clear scope.
A price you can plan around.

Bring the challenge. We’ll bring a point of view, a clear plan, and an unreasonable amount of attention to detail.
