Your information / Clear boundaries
Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have.
01. Who this notice covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Your Web Creators (“YWC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with this website and business inquiries. It does not replace a separate data processing agreement for client projects. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@yourwebcreators.com with the subject “Privacy request.”
02. Information you choose to provide
If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, company name, project interests, budget range, preferred call window, and the information in your message. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, medical records, or other sensitive information through a general inquiry. Information shared during an engagement is handled under the applicable services agreement.
03. How the inquiry form works
The form on this website prepares an email draft in your browser. Preparing or copying the draft does not submit it to YWC, and the form has no server-side submission endpoint. If you choose to open the draft and send it through your email provider, the information is transmitted by that provider to our email account. The form does not save your brief to localStorage. Your browser may independently remember form entries according to your settings.
04. Technical information and device preferences
The hosting environment may process standard request information, including IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser information, and error logs, to deliver and protect the website. This website stores your chosen color theme under “ywc-theme” and your motion preference under “ywc-motion” in your browser’s localStorage. These preferences stay on your device and are not used to identify you. You can remove them through your browser’s site-data settings.
05. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This version of the website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, install tracking pixels, or use session replay. Fonts, scripts, images, and video are served with the site rather than requested from third-party CDNs. Hosting or security infrastructure may use technically necessary mechanisms. We do not use the information described in this notice for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not sell it. If those practices change, we will update this notice and obtain any consent required before non-essential tracking begins.
06. Why we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to requests, evaluate and scope work, arrange conversations, provide agreed services, administer contracts, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not add an inquiry contact to a marketing mailing list merely because they asked about a project. Where a legal basis is required, we rely as appropriate on steps requested before a contract, contract performance, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, compliance with legal obligations, or consent.
07. Who may receive information
Information may be handled by service providers that support hosting, email, project administration, accounting, and security, only as needed for their roles and subject to applicable safeguards. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate confidentiality protections. We do not publish private project information as portfolio content without authorization.
08. External links and social sharing
The social links on this website open third-party sharing pages only when you choose to follow them. We do not embed social tracking widgets. External websites, platforms, and email providers operate under their own privacy policies, and their processing is outside this notice. Review their policies before providing information or signing in.
09. Retention and security
We keep inquiry and project information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including resolving an active inquiry, providing services, maintaining required records, and addressing disputes. The appropriate period depends on the type of record and applicable obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, and you may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Depending on your location and the laws that apply to the business and processing, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, appeal, or to opt out of certain processing. We do not assume that every privacy law applies to every business or request. Email hello@yourwebcreators.com; we will verify requests proportionately and respond within applicable legal deadlines. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legally protected right. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, subject to appropriate verification.
11. California and other US state requests
Where applicable state privacy laws cover our processing, eligible residents may request information about collection and use, access, correction, deletion, and other rights provided by law. This site does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because this build does not perform those activities, there is no advertising sale or sharing activity for a browser Global Privacy Control signal to disable. We do not treat a signal as permission to begin tracking. We will honor legally required opt-out signals if covered processing is introduced.
12. International visitors
We serve clients globally. Information you choose to send may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use appropriate contractual or other lawful mechanisms. If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may also have the right to complain to your competent supervisory authority, in addition to contacting us.
13. Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or our practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Where a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it. Continued website use does not waive privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
